My purchase of a condo in Arlington was my idea of a wonderful life.
And having a Long and Foster Warrenty was welcome. Little did I know that I would be driven to complete anger when after calling your Warrenty company to repair a disposal and washer that ,not only did I pay 2 hundred dollars in deductible with no repairs to show for it I also had to then call my own plumber to repair the three leaks undetected by your people.
I actually paid out 465 dollars to get repaired what your people did not repair.
That was just the disposal.
I have yet to get my washer repaired.
So far two of your people have not been able to fix the problem
Oh I have been here for over 2 months.
Please begin dealing with reputable companies.
Your Warrenty co is a huge joke.

Co lapse Ceiling
In May 2018 I reported a leakage from my tub draining down into my half bathroom. On April 9, 2018 H & K Plumbing came out and on the invoice they stated found no actual leak and replace cork and shower guard.
Over the weekend my ceiling came coming down from a water leak and now I have to wait 5 more days before someone actually comes out and look at my plumbing. I have to go to relatives houses to shower for myself and kids.
Please see attached photo and now I do not have a ceiling in my half bath and no running water. I am very disappointed and will not renew my contract with Long and Foster.
